Early Years (2010–2014) After school, Andreas studied sound engineering in Munich while Florian pursued biology and chemistry at LMU. They first gained attention by winning a remix contest for the Munich label Disko B and hosting parties at Muffathalle for nearly two years. Their first EP, Get Down, was released in 2012 on Globelle and performed live on Bayerischer Rundfunk. By 2014, international recognition followed through releases on Let’s Play House (NYC), Scucci Manucci (London), and Dabit Records (Milan). Toy Tonics & Razor-N-Tape (2014–2020) In 2014, they joined Toy Tonics, releasing eight EPs and several remixes. Their tracks gained global traction, with Back In The Days ranking among Juno Download’s top Deep House tracks. They were featured in Groove Mag, Vice, and Süddeutsche Zeitung. With Cabrio Mango and 1981, Coeo became known for disco edits championed by DJs like Gerd Janson and Folamour. Their Like It Is (Razor-N-Tape) hit over 20 million Spotify plays and was licensed by Defected Records. Tours across Europe, Australia, and collaborations with Kerri Chandler, Billy Cobham, and Disclosure followed. 2020–Today Despite the pandemic halting tours, they returned strong in 2021, releasing Piano Workout and Music 4 Friends on Toy Tonics. Recent tours include Canada, Mexico, Colombia, and their 2023 U.S. debut, solidifying Coeo as one of Europe’s leading house acts.
