SAVE THE DATE 🎂 Fringe! Queer Film & Arts Fest is turning 1️⃣6️⃣ Our Sweet Sixteen birthday party is going to need a lot of cake! Join us in celebrating sixteen years of queer experimental film & DIY art with a performance by Cakesit; Bonus competition: We’re inviting YOU to make Fringe! a sixteenth birthday cake. It could be beautiful, outrageous, sculptural, wonky, camp, we can't wait to see what you come up with ;-) The winning baker will receive a festival pass to Fringe! 2026! and selected cakes will join us at our Sweet Sixteen launch party at Colours Hoxton sat on by Cake Sit. Bring your cake along to the event to enter the competition ! ⊹ ࣪ ˖🍰₊˚⊹♡ And who knows, they might even break the world record for the most cakes sat on in one sitting ;-) Once the crumbs have settled, we’ll look back at some delicious highlights from the Fringe! archive, with screenings of spicy films from festivals past and reflections on sixteen years of queer organising and cultural programming 🎞️ Come for the cake, stay for the films, and help us launch Fringe! 2026 in suitably. \* If you cannot afford a ticket, don’t worry, you won’t be turned away!
