Saturday, July 11th, Zach Witness kicks off the first night of his Summer Residency at Dead Letter No. 9. A Dallas-born artist, dancer, producer, and DJ, Zach Witness exists somewhere between Bowie and Badu, Frankie Knuckles and Frank Ocean. Raised on movement and rhythm, he was DJing by age 11, on FM radio by 15, and helping shape Dallas nightlife by 16. Zach produced much of Erykah Badu's acclaimed 2015 mixtape But You Caint Use My Phone, including standout tracks like "Phone Down," and has since collaborated with artists including André 3000, Nile Rodgers, Doechii, and Infinite Coles. His sets blend deep musicality, soulful grooves, and pure dancefloor energy. Catch him in Cargo from 12AM–3AM. Opening Cargo from 10PM–12AM is NYC selector ellen.j, whose playful, genre-spanning sets move between house, electronica, pop edits, and dancefloor favorites. In the Foyer, LeBRON brings his signature mix of disco, funk, and house from 9PM–12AM. From midnight to close, Joopiter takes over with an eclectic blend shaped by years behind the decks from New York to Tulum and beyond.
