Line Up: Bluetoof b2b Jossy Mitsu Flint b2b Deckstal The formidable collaboration between notorious DJ/producers and friends Bluetoof and Jossy Mitsu began with the idea to merge their consecutive Wednesday evening Rinse FM radio shows, creating an electrifying b2b show exploring the darker sides of high-octane electro and techno. This earned the pair RA ‘mix of the day’, who described the synergistic set as ‘one hell of a combination’ and a plethora of support from across the wider scene ensued, generating a cult-like following from dedicated enthusiasts. The BLUMITSU ethos is based around ideals of duality; opposites of each other that are in fact two extremes of the same thing. Their combined power takes shape in their sonic journey, weaving through forward- thinking beats inspired by themes of space, technology and science. Past appearances include the legendary fabric nightclub, WHP, and Boiler Room in collaboration with Sports Banger. Summer 2024 saw them release their highly anticipated debut EP ‘The Formula’, drop a self-directed visual accompaniment to their single ‘Duality’, play at the iconic Glastonbury Festival, Waterworks Festival and tour India, as well as mixes for Crack Magazine and a 100% production mix for Martha on BBC Radio 1. With more music set for release before the year is out, expect nothing less than world domination as the highly sought-after BLUMITSU continue to go from strength to strength on their immense trajectory
