Ritual III – WHISPER è il nuovo capitolo del progetto multidisciplinare di Alos (Stefania Pedretti). L’opera esplora il potere rituale della parola, non come discorso, ma come sussurro, respiro e corpo in connessione con il selvatico che ci abita. WHISPER reinterpreta la voce come un gesto intimo e vulnerabile di liberazione, radicato nella sound art, nella performance femminista e nelle pratiche rituali. Affronta temi come la voce come strumento di emancipazione, l’adolescenza come trasformazione e la metafora del mostro come sé non-normativo. Dopo la residenza al CROSS Project, Alos ha aperto il processo creativo alla partecipazione pubblica, guidando un laboratorio per giovani under 30. Il percorso esplora la voce come mezzo per veicolare emozioni e riscoprire il "mostruoso" che è in ognuno, trasformando l'ascolto in una pratica collettiva. Il risultato è una camminata condivisa dove la vocalità del gruppo si fonde con il paesaggio sonoro circostante, generando un ambiente senza confini tra corpo naturale e corpo umano. _______ Ritual III – WHISPER is the latest chapter in Alos's (Stefania Pedretti) long-term multidisciplinary project. The work explores the ritual power of the word, not as logos, but as a whisper, a breath, and a body connected to our wild selves. WHISPER reinterprets the voice as an intimate, vulnerable gesture of liberation, rooted in sound art, feminist performance, and ritual practice. It delves into themes like the voice as a tool for emancipation, adolescence as a period of transformation, and the monster as a metaphor for the non-normative self. Following a residency at the CROSS Project, Alos opened the creative process to public participation, leading a workshop for young people under 30. The journey explores the voice as a means to convey emotions and rediscover the "monstrous" within, turning listening into a collective practice. The result is a shared walk where the group’s vocalizations merge with the surrounding soundscape, creating a seamless environment where the natural body and the human body meet again, without hierarchy.
