Lynn Hutton, Wolf Mahler, Cam Newby & Brett Sheroky — live event

Lynn Hutton, Wolf Mahler, Cam Newby & Brett Sheroky

Lynn Hutton is from Knoxville, TN, and is often pictured with his Tennessee Volunteer hat on. This camouflage-wearing country boy is fearless when it comes to writing. Unafraid of getting his hands dirty, his lyrics drill straight down into the truth. Eric Church said that his song “Jack Daniels,” written by Hutton, Jeff Hyde, and Church was a result of someone’s brazen honesty during a songwriting session. “We were getting ready to call it a day, and one of my co-writers said, ‘I’m sorry but Jack Daniel’s kicked my ass last night.” Lynn Hutton tells it like it is, and he tells exactly how it ain’t. Most importantly, he never holds back from giving a song everything he has; this is truly what makes him great. Lynn’s recent success includes Eric Church’s single “Cold One”, Florida/Georgia Line’s title track “Here’s To The Good Times”, and Greg Bates top 5 hit “Did It For The Girl”. Other artists that have recorded his songs include Jameson Rodgers, Riley Green, Cole Swindell, Jon Pardi, Jason Aldean, Scotty McCreery, Jon Langston, Drew Green, Lainy Wilson, Brandon Lay, Pryor & Lee, Don Williams, Thomas Rhett, Joe Nichols, and Trace Adkins. Wolf is one of Sea Gayle’s newest and most promising signings. Growing up just outside of Nashville, Wolf spent his childhood years homeschooled on a tour bus. After watching his mom and dad land a record deal with Sony Music, he’d frequently find himself watching from the wings at Wildhorse Saloon, where his parents were the house band. However, when they eventually lost their record deal, his family placed themselves back to their roots in Texas. In his high school years, Wolf dedicated himself to athletics, where he won four Junior Olympic titles by his senior year. He would then go on to not only receive a track and field scholarship at The University of Texas at Austin, but he would then earn 5 All-American titles, qualify for the Olympic Trials, and eventually garner world class coaching credentials at the World Championships. However, he left this all behind to move back to Nashville and chase his musical dreams. Upon returning, Wolf began attending NSAI’s Pitch to Publisher events, where he would be discovered by Sea Gayle Music’s JD Groover. Wolf is equipped with the versatility and strength of his life experiences and brings them with him for every collaboration as a songwriter and musician. A native of Belleville, IL, writer/artist, Brett Sheroky moved to Nashville in 2009. Working as a speech therapist by day, Brett spent over a decade on the outside of the music scene focusing on the craft of songwriting. That disciplined approach paid off in 2020 when Brett signed his first publishing deal with SeaGayle Music. Within the first year of his deal, Brett had songs recorded by major artists Granger Smith and Blake Shelton. In 2022, Brett landed his first radio single with Matt Stell's "Man Made" as well as 2022 American Idol winner Noah Thompson's "One Day Tonight.” While finding success as a songwriter, Brett has been making a name for himself as an artist as well. In early 2020, Brett caught the attention of Phil Vassar and was personally invited to be the opener on Phil's "Stripped Down Tour." Brett's songs and natural ability to engage and entertain an audience has since allowed him the opportunity for more supporting slots.
