ALAN FLETCHER COUNTRY/ALT-COUNTRY MUSIC ARTIST Alan Fletcher has worked as an actor and musician for more than 45 years in Australia and the United Kingdom. As an actor, Alan is a household name because of his portrayal of Dr Karl Kennedy for 31 years on the iconic Australian drama Neighbours. As a musician, Alan has performed as a front man for rock band Waiting Room that played a weekly residency in Melbourne for twelve years and toured the UK ten times over eight years. In 2020 Alan moved away from Rock and commenced a solo career in Americana/ Alt-Country and Folk. Collaborating with producers Lachlan Bryan and Damian Cafarella Alan’s initial releases include the EP ‘Dispatches in 2023 and the album ‘The Point’ in 2024. Throughout 2025 Alan released the singles Back to School, Ain’t Done Yet and Him and Me as well as an EP Let’s Talk About Love.
