A Benefit for Alive Hospice Labeled “one of the best songwriters in the business” by Nashville’s MusicRow magazine, Victoria Banks has toured with artists from Reba to Wynonna, has released 4 self-penned, self-produced albums, has been nominated for a Grammy Award and 11 Canadian Country Music Association (CCMA) Awards, and was awarded 2010 CCMA Female Artist of the Year and Songwriter of the Year. In her multi-decade tenure as a songwriter on Nashville’s Music Row, Victoria has penned ASCAP, SOCAN, CCMA and Covenant-award-winning songs. She has had cuts by over 100 artists including Carly Pearce, Lauren Alaina, Terri Clark, Cassadee Pope, Isaac Slade (of The Fray), and notable cuts include the solo-written “Saints & Angels” (Sara Evans), Jessica Simpson’s Billboard record-breaking “Come on Over”, and numerous songs on Mickey Guyton’s Best Country Album Grammy-nominated project Remember Her Name (including “What Are You Gonna Tell Her”, which made history as the first original song performed by a Black woman on 2020’s ACM Awards and was the subject of an exhibit in the Country Music Hall of Fame.) Screen placements include Breakthrough, Nashville, American Idol, and Dancing with The Stars. Victoria appeared on NBC’s Songland TV show, performed alongside the Nashville Ballet in a choreographed set of her songs called City of Dreams, and co-hosts the podcast The Table Women which explores the female experience in entertainment. She is an Instructor of Songwriting at Nashville’s Belmont University. Phil Barton is an Australian songwriter living in Nashville, TN. He had his first No. 1 with the Lee Brice smash, “A Woman Like You”. This song led to a Music Row Breakthrough Songwriter of the Year, and NSAI award for one of the coveted “Ten Songs I Wish I’d Written,” and has since been certified double platinum. Along with his success in American Country Music, Phil has had eleven Top Ten singles in Canada with artists like Tim Hicks, Chad Brownlee, The Washboard Union, Jojo Mason, and Meghan Patrick. In Australia, he has also had cuts with Lee Kernaghan, Missy Lancaster, Busby Marou, Jai Waetford, The Wolfe Brothers, Reigan, and more. In 2018 he signed a co-publishing deal with Liz Rose Music and Anthem formerly known as Òle. His songs have been recorded by Sara Evans, David Nail, Eli Young Band, Dustin Lynch, Cassadee Pope, Morgan Evans, Seth Ennis, LOCASH, and many more. Emily Shackelton hails from Biwabik, Minnesota, and moved to Nashville after studying at Berklee College of Music, where she won the BMI John Lennon Songwriting Competition. Her writing catalog includes singles and cuts by Carly Pearce, Reba McEntire, Joe Nichols, Runaway June, Sara Evans, Jana Kramer, David Cook, Lauren Alaina, and more, as well as tv shows like Nashville, American Idol, and Dancing With the Stars. She celebrated her first Number 1 with the Carly Pearce breakout single "Every Little Thing” in 2018, and recently celebrated her second Number 1 with Pearce's hit song "What He Didn't Do" in April. Emily was awarded “Breakout Songwriter of the Year 2018” by Music Row Magazine and proudly writes for Winsongs Publishing. She recently made her television debut performing alongside Carly Pearce at the ACM Honors Awards, streaming now on Hulu.
