Saxophonist Jeff Coffin (Dave Matthews Band/Bela Fleck & the Flecktones) has amassed a collection of some of the globe’s finest improvisors in his powerhouse group, the Vibration Arts Ensemble. This group was originally formed in the mid 1990’s and features original, challenging, improvisational music influenced by a wide variety of styles and genres. You will likely hear influences ranging from Ornette Coleman, John Coltrane, Miles Davis, Albert Ayler, African music, folk music, the Blues, New Orleans, and beyond. Sharing the stage with Coffin are some of the most respected instrumentalists in music. Folk heroes to some, legends to many.
