Losses is one of the most exciting minimal wave projects in L.A. and a personal favorite at Damaged Disco HQ. Accurately described as "paranoid-synth" (Robert Lane), Losses is written, choreographed and recorded by James Thornton in a garage in Simi Valley, CA. “Los Angeles artist Brood Faye channels industrial fury and dark electro-nihilism, welding the relentless stomp of EBM to the jagged edges of nü-metal and horror punk. Brood Faye came together in 2021, with (Zachary) Webber sculpting circuitry and static into a brutalist soundscape of resistance.
