The album featured rising rapper Matt Proxy, known for collaborations with Grimes, fakemink, and Current Joys, and debuted in the Top 200 on both Apple Music and Spotify. cortex has earned recognition from established artists and producers including Sam Tompkins, Jordan Adetunji, and Odeal, alongside acclaimed producers Haan (Justin Bieber, The Kid Laroi, Juice Wrld) and Anthoine Walters (Drake, Brent Faiyez, J Cole).
