The Magnetic Fields - 69 Love Songs — live event
A celebration of the 25th anniversary of its release, The Magnetic Fields are heading to Bristol for a symphonic performance of the entire 69 Love Songs album over two nights. The Magnetic Fields will perform 69 Love Songs as it was originally performed in the early 2000s: in full order, with one half of the triple-disc album performed each night. Featuring performances from band members Stephin Merritt, Sam Davol, Shirley Simms, Chris Ewen, and Anthony Kaczynski and their signature orchestral-pop arrangements with cello, ukulele, guitars, and synths. The first night (29th Sept) ends with Promises of Eternity amd night two (30th Sept) starts with World of Love. Don’t miss this extraordinary two-night event!
