The Tumbleweeds are an eclectic band with years of combined experience. Their music ranges from rock, soft rock, country rock, country, singer/songwriter, Americana, and pop. Band members include Matt (vocals/lead guitarist/ steel guitar), Elia (vocals), Caitlin (vocals, keyboards, guitar), Mike (bassist), and Jake (drums), all now living in Nashville but from various parts of the country. Most of their songs are written by Alan Lee Carpenter from El Paso, Texas. The band has a diverse background, from competing on The Voice and American Idol to performing with their bands. Some are producers who also do score work and an Emmy winner. This multi-talented band, with their mixed experiences, is what creates their distinctive and intriguing sound.
