Glare is an alternative rock/shoegaze five-piece from the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas. Since their debut in 2017, the band has wasted no time making a name for themselves at home and abroad with shimmering singles like “Blank” and “Void in Blue”. With the release of their Heavenly EP (the band’s biggest project to date, and second on Sunday Drive Records), Glare find themselves weaving richer soundscapes than ever before, resulting in their heaviest (“Floating”) and dreamiest (“Soft”) compositions to date, evoking glimmers of bands like Slowdive, Cocteau Twins, and Drop Nineteens. Glixen is a shoegaze band from Phoenix, Arizona whose sound consists of tender melodies encased inside chrome walls of grungy textures and heavy guitars. Founder and lead vocalist, Aislinn Ritchie, began the project in 2020 enlisting guitarist Esteban Santana, drummer Keire Johnson, and bassist Sonia Garcia.
