Surf Trash is a 3 piece surf rock band from Newcastle, Australia. The band is built up of 18 year old and 15 year old Scott brothers Andy and Nick and their best mate 15 year old Lachlan Jackson. When the surf wasn't any good, the boys were busy jamming and writing songs about the summer time and having a blast. Surf Trash's music is built up of upbeat slamming drums, jangly surfy guitar riffs, fat steezy bass and catchy pop melodys. Their sound is influenced by the likes of Hockeydad, Skegss, Wavves, Fidlar, the Pixies and many more. Shortly after forming the band in early 2017, the boys released their debut single "SO LONG'' which captured the attention of music lovers far and wide. They have now recently released their second single "Summer", which has already had rotation on Triple j Unearthed. After releasing more music the boys have now focused on writing and recording fresh material for their anticipated debut EP and in between recording they have been playing plenty of shows on the local Newcastle All ages scene. The boys have a taste for fun and know how to create a fun surf/skate summer vibe that will have you dancing all night long.
