Modfather Christmas Party Time brings together three British rock and ska acts for a festive December night at 229. Steve Cradock, the guitarist and collaborator known for his work with Ocean Colour Scene and Paul Weller, headlines alongside The Beat, the late-70s ska and new wave pioneers behind some of the era's most infectious and socially conscious tracks. The Velvet Hands, a garage rock and punk-influenced band, round out the bill. Expect a blend of mod-rooted rock sensibilities, ska energy, and raw guitar-driven performances in this holiday celebration of British alternative music.
