Mariella Price is an award-winning songwriter and vocalist (Billboard World Songwriting Contest Grand Prize 2008, John Lennon Songwriting Contest Finalist 2022, USA Songwriting Competition Finalist 2021) and has performed at Carnegie Hall, Radio City Music Hall, NPR's Tiny Desk Concert, and International Jazz Festivals. She has also held residencies at The Top Of The Standard Hotel, The Gansevoort Hotel, The Knickerbocker Hotel, The Flatiron Room, and Tavern On The Green. She has been featured on Sesame Street seasons 40 and 41, and in Elmo's Music Magic DVD as well as the Grammy Nominated album Fu Chronicles. In 2015 the State Department invited Mariella to lead an all- star female Jazz Band on a goodwill mission to Nicaragua in honor of World Down Syndrome Day and Women’s History Month.
