The Drop: The Beaches — live event
The GRAMMY Museum is thrilled to welcome The Beaches to the Museum’s Ray Charles Rooftop Terrace for an evening celebrating and discussing their newest album, No Hard Feelings and their creative process with a special performance. Attendees will have an opportunity to enjoy rooftop views and a cash bar prior to the program. Formed in 2013 in a Toronto neighborhood that shares their name, the lifelong musicians and pals—including Jordan’s sister Kylie Miller on guitar and grade school accomplice Eliza Enman-McDaniel on drums—clocked years in tween and teenage bands, including Done With Dolls, but they became The Beaches once close bud Leandra Earl (guitar, keys) joined. The Beaches released a handful of ultra-catchy EPs and, in 2017, their beloved debut Late Show. It earned them their first Juno for Breakthrough Group, as well as opening slots for the Rolling Stones, Brody Dalle, and Passion Pit. No Hard Feelings will soon kick-start many more fans globally.
