Just after the release of the last F.Y.P. album, also titled Toys That Kill, Todd Congelliere and Sean Cole along with new members Chachi Ferrara and Denis Fleps got together to form the new band. Canadian Rifle is a punk band based out of Chicago that formed in 2007. They have been consistently active and touring since their conception.
