Bleakness (Destructure Records) is a DIY punk band based in Paris, France. With politically-charged lyrics about survival and oppression, Bleakness blends the urgency of hardcore punk with the cold, melodic tension of early post-punk and death rock. The band is makinstablished Brooklyn bands such as Dead Leaf Echo and g their US debut this spring via touring the East Coast.Composed of members of ePilot to Gunner, Clone emerged onto the live stages during the summer of 2019, gradually cultivating a dedicated following. After their collaboration with Swallow the Rat on a notable split release in 2021, the group remains committed to unfolding their full potential with CL.1; their first LP recorded and mixed by New York City legend Martin Bisi (Sonic Youth, Swans).Spirits of Leo is an ethereal post-punk band based in Brooklyn, NY. Delivering immersive vocals, swirling guitars and driving rhythms, Spirits of Leo is heavily inspired by early 4AD and Fiction Records-era goth. "Gossamer Blue" is the most recent full-length album from the band, mixed and recorded by producer Ryan Santos Phillips (The True Faith). Somber, spectral and energetic, "Gossamer Blue" demonstrates the band's unique blend of dreamy shoegaze and ethereal post-punk.Brooklyn-based; Crimes of Passion weave western goth rock sounds across their grief-drenched lyrical content to invoke a story of loss and survival.
