Verbal McMahon is an artist/creative from The Lower East Side of New York City. Born to a Puerto Rican mother and a Filipino father, Verb grew up listening to all kinds of music, but ultimately fell in love with HipHop & it's legendary culture. Verb began creating music around 2012, and his talent for songwriting & performing live grew quickly. The music blends the sound of classic HipHop with a twist of modern rap. His songs range in sound & content; some are personal, vulnerable pieces about the triumphs & defeats of life & love, and some are just fun opportunities for Verb to let his witty, sarcastic character out to brag about doing wrestling moves on his opponents. Some of Verb's biggest musical inspirations are Nas, Wu-Tang Clan, Mos Def, etc. Verb also has "VerbTV", an episodic vlog that highlights both the music & the personality of Verbal McMahon. Episodes include food ventures, special effect freestyles, and behind-the-scenes footage & insight of his creative process.
