The Varukers are a British punk band known for their aggressive and fast-paced sound, often categorized under the hardcore punk and D-beat genres. Formed in 1979, they draw notable influence from early punk acts like Discharge, which is reflected in their raw, politically charged lyrics and relentless musical intensity. Their sound is defined by rapid drumming, distorted guitar riffs, and a confrontational vocal style, making them a staple in the UK's punk scene.
