The Young Knives are a British indie rock band known for their energetic and angular sound, characterized by sharp guitar riffs and punchy rhythms. Influenced by post-punk and new wave bands such as Gang of Four and XTC, they blend witty, observational lyrics with a quirky, offbeat musical style. Their sound is defined by a combination of tight, driving instrumentation and a distinctive vocal delivery that often features conversational exchanges.
