The Macc Lads are a British band known for their comedic and often controversial take on punk rock. Originating from Macclesfield, England, they draw influences from traditional punk bands while infusing their music with humor and local dialect. Their sound is characterized by straightforward, energetic guitar riffs and irreverent lyrics that often focus on pub culture and working-class life. Despite their divisive content, they have maintained a cult following since the 1980s.
