The Heartbreakers were a punk rock band formed in 1975, known for their high-energy performances and raw sound. Emerging from the New York City punk scene, their music was heavily influenced by rock and roll and proto-punk acts like The New York Dolls and The Ramones. Defined by driving guitar riffs and gritty vocals, The Heartbreakers' sound captured the rebellious spirit of the era. Despite a brief career, they left a lasting impact on the punk genre with their debut album "L.A.M.F."
