Formed in San Diego, California, their sound is characterized by catchy hooks, raw vocals, and a lo-fi aesthetic. Influenced by punk rock and surf music from the 1960s, The Frights create a nostalgic yet fresh sound that captures the carefree spirit of youth. Their music often explores themes of adolescence and relationships, delivered with a playful yet earnest approach.
