The Burnside Burners play punchy electric blues with raw vocals, slide guitar and harmonising guitars, performing songs from the Delta to Chicago and from the 1950s to today. The eight-member band performs as a five or six-piece, drawing from blues greats including Robert Johnson, BB King, Muddy Waters and Howlin Wolf, as well as more modern artists such as Peter Green and ZZ Top. They regularly perform at Bannermans, The Voodoo Rooms, Stramash, The Howlin Wolf bar, The Firestation Creative, Howe Beer Project, Backstage at The Green, and Leith Dockers Club.
