Rudy Love & The Encore is an indie soul band from Wichita, Kansas, comprised of Rudy Love Jr. on vocals and keys, MarrqueNunley on drums, Rachelle Love on percussion, Mariel Jacoda on vocals, Sherdeill Breathett on bass, and Willy Simms on guitar. The band's name honors the late Rudy Love Sr., a renowned musician who mentored the members. They released their debut EP, The Beauty of Burdens, in 2023, followed by singles "Broken Angel" and "Grey," and have performed at Black & Loud Fest in Seattle and toured across the nation.
