Roni Size is a British electronic music producer and DJ, best known for his contributions to the drum and bass genre. Emerging from the vibrant Bristol music scene in the 1990s, his work is heavily influenced by reggae, hip-hop, and jazz, which he seamlessly integrates into his productions. Size's sound is characterized by intricate breakbeats and deep basslines, often incorporating live instrumentation. He gained significant recognition with his group Reprazent, whose debut album "New Forms" won the Mercury Prize in 1997.
