Nemuer is an ambient folk project formed by Czech composer and multi-instrumentalist Michael Zann that creates dark pagan music drawing from Norse, Egyptian, and Babylonian mythology. The project combines throat singing and overtones, ancient instruments, dead languages, and hypnotic percussion to create transcendent ritualistic experiences. Nemuer's concerts take listeners on journeys through time and fantasy, blending art with ancient mysticism and occultism.
