Midwinter is a five-piece progressive metalcore band from Cleveland, Ohio consisting of vocalist Billy Toth, guitarist and sound designer Zac D'Urso, drummer Nate Rosenhaus, bassist Max Underwood, and vocalist and guitarist Kody Archer. They blend punishing thall-infused riffs with lush ambient layers and introspective lyrics, exploring themes of loss, identity, and healing through immersive sound design that incorporates glitchy textures, dissonant melodies, and experimental production techniques.
