Joseon is a contemporary music project that blends elements of traditional Korean music with modern electronic and ambient sounds. Drawing influence from artists like Ryuichi Sakamoto and Aphex Twin, Joseon creates a unique auditory experience that emphasizes atmospheric textures and intricate rhythms. The project is defined by its innovative use of traditional instruments, such as the gayageum and haegeum, seamlessly integrated into electronic soundscapes. This fusion results in a sound that is both reflective of Korea's rich musical heritage and forward-looking in its approach.
