Gang of Youths is an Irish rock band formed in Dublin in 2012, fronted by vocalist David Winters Kane. Their sound blends anthemic alternative rock with heartland rock influences, characterized by soaring vocals, layered guitars, and emotionally resonant lyrics often exploring themes of identity and belonging. The band draws inspiration from artists like Bruce Springsteen, U2, and The National. Their debut album "Going to Hell for Heaven's Sake" (2015) and follow-up "Geronimo" (2017) established them as purveyors of stadium-sized indie rock with accessible, sing-along qualities. Their music emphasizes collective energy and emotional catharsis, appealing to audiences through both intimate songwriting and grand sonic arrangements.
