Futuro Pelo is the solo project of Benjamin Sportes, who has been active on the alternative scene since the 80s and previously spent fifteen years with Sporto Kantes. The project plays rock, garage, and punk music with a stripped-down, visceral sound. Futuro Pelo's album "Sketches of Loss" is described as a return to the roots of rock'n'roll, garage, and punk, featuring minimalist production and an unfiltered approach.
