Dogstar is an alternative rock band known for its melodic approach and grunge-influenced sound. Formed in the mid-1990s, the band includes actor Keanu Reeves on bass guitar, alongside drummer Robert Mailhouse and guitarist/vocalist Bret Domrose. Their music is characterized by a blend of rock and post-grunge elements, drawing influences from bands like Nirvana and Pearl Jam. The group released two albums, "Our Little Visionary" and "Happy Ending," before disbanding in 2002.
