Billy Burnette is an American musician known for his work in rock, rockabilly, and country genres. As the son of Dorsey Burnette and nephew of Johnny Burnette, he was influenced early on by the rockabilly sounds of his family, as well as traditional country music. Burnette's sound is characterized by a blend of energetic guitar riffs and smooth, melodic vocals. He gained further recognition as a member of Fleetwood Mac in the late 1980s and early 1990s, contributing to the band's evolving sound during that period.
